Secure your ID day was a huge sucsess

 There were four locations for individuals and businesses to shred paper and private documents free of charge.  The locations were in Little Rock at the Better Business Bureau state office,  Russellville at Kubota Tractor,  Conway at the Bear's Den,  Exxon, and in Quitman, at Nestlehut Insurance.  The Point 94.1 FM radio station did an excellent job of promoting the event.  Along with Public Service Announcements in the Van Buren County Democrat, Arkansas Sun Times of Heber Springs, Arkansas Democrat Gazette in Little Rock, and the Log Cabin Democrat of Conway.  Almost 30 tons of documents were shredded.  One man even brought in a U-HAUL truck in Little Rock. Identy Theft is a crime opprotunity and the  Better Business Bureau and its members are doing all it can to help that it does not happen to you.
